CoS_Restricted_Info_Required?

Hi All,

Need clarity on few points,
Currently I am on Tier 4 (Dependent Visa), which is expiring on April 30.
My current Employer has applied CoS in the month of March 2018 on £46000 pay scale, unfortunately the CoS was rejected.
So, 1. How is the possibility of getting Cos in the month of April with £46000 pay scale after releasing new quota of CoS application for the new financial year 2018-2019?
2. How about Labour Market Test?
a. Does my employer needs to re-apply for advertisement or Will the previous one is still valid?
b. What does it mean expires labour market test?
