Dependents travelling with each other

Post by jagadishkumarp » Thu Mar 22, 2018 4:31 pm

Hi Guys,

I am currently filling out visa applications for my Wife and Son (3Yrs) and i have a query regarding a question in the application form, also i am using a new application to do the submission which was suggested using my employer (https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... /dependant) the question which i am bothered about is as follows:
Will you be travelling to the UK with someone who is not your patner, spouse, or dependent ?
i said No, am i supposed to say Yes and give details of my Son and vice versa for my Son ?

Also, one of the documents asked was regarding a Letter of consent, i read through some old posts and CR001 replied saying that its not required if one of the parent is applying together, is that still the case ?

Can someone please help me with the same ?

Thanks in advance :)
