HI All,
Reference to the salary threshold point discussed here. Does anyone have a link to anywhere in Home office guidelines that clearly states the allowance that can be included please. My basic salary only is short of £35,500 threshold set from 6 April 2018.
Details
1. Current basic salary is £29,000 - due to (0.5-3% employer yearly increase)
2. 2016 -2017 Year annual tax summary letter shows £35,900 - this is from tax office (I have only 1 Job)
3. My P60 2018 April will show 38,000+ because my march 2018 payslip shows earnings to date £37,705 already (23/03/2018).
4. Taxable Pay to date 38,388
5. basic salary £27,000 shown in my employment letter since 2012. I have not changed employer but salary has been increasing every year between 0.5%-3%. According to my HR my current basic salary is 29,000 for year 2018.
However, i do get guaranteed overtimes (out of hours calls 1 week every month - min 10 month in a year) and call out (no regular)- this is itemized on my payslip as overtime.
My question:
Based on all the above and me been able to provide latest 12 month payslips (Total £38K), employer cover letter (basic salary £29k), 2017 tax summary (£35,900) and P60 2017 April (£38K+) - does any think Home office will consider i have match the salary threshold of £35,500 please?
I will appreciate honest answers with brief explanation please.
