My application for indefinite leave to remain based on a 10 year long residence was made on the 12th march 2018. i have been working in the same company for 9 years and my visa is Turkish employed leave to remain.
I brought all my supporting documents to my appointment at Croydon premium service centre. My appointment was at 8:00 am on the 12th of March 2018.
My application was refused based on my absences. They decided this based on information I have provided, but I was NOT allowed to provide all my supporting documents during my registration. According to them, my absences are not of a compassionate nor compelling reason. i had to have 6 times operations abroad but they couldnt see all my documents.
the officer said they don’t have time for all my papers and all my documents will not fit in to the plastic folder that was provided by Home Office for me to use. She was very inattentive and obstructive told me to keep rest of my supportive documents with me and gave me wrong information by saying my case worker will contact me. I was only able to give some of my missing supportive documents to my case worker at the end of his decision which was not the right time to give as it was too late.
i have right of appeal but i will not appeal as appeal process takes 12-18 months. i have only 6 moths visa left and i m not able to ask for administrative review or reconsideration as i have given appeal.
I am very disappointed with the officer unfair treatment and unprofessional behaviour likely to bring the Home Office into disrepute. She stopped me providing all my supportive documents with her poor service and understanding to cause my application refusal and this failure does not meet HO service standards that i paid 3000 pound for this croydon premium service to apply the same day in person.
i dont know what to do? i wrote a complaint letter but i dont know if it will make any differences as for my new application i have to pay almost another 3000 pound. i cant stand this injustice . please i need advise and help
thanks
