Dependent visa on FLRM basis

Hey guys,
My friend came here in 2010 with student visa.On 2015 His FLRO application Refused and Lodged JR.During This Period He married with Student having Tier 4 visa and applied as her spouse(Dependent)On Humanitarian grounds(FLRFP).
What are the chances to get the visa ???

As it appears the Tier 4 Student spouse doesn't hold settled status in the UK, a FLR(FP) application as her dependant (in my opinion) stands a zero chance of succeeding.

What has he been doing in the UK since the JR in 2015?
(Casa, not CR001)
