Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa Approved without Interview

Hi,
I was silent member of this group.This group helped me in many way and answered my queries.
i had applied my visa and finally got approved.
Below is my timeline
Applied - 03 june 2017
Received by HO: 05 june 2017
Fees Deducted by HO: 8 june 2017
Bio Letter - 10 june 2017
Bio Done - 16 june 2017
Complex Letter Rcvd - email received on 18 june 2017
IHS Refund: 06 Feb 2018
Approved -31 March 2018
BRP Received - awaiting
It was a long journey . I contacted Home Office many times but not get any outcomes.
Dont panic whats yours is yours. So stay calm and enjoy your life.

Pls share details of your business (and why you think you were not interviewed). # of employees, level of salaries, type of business...

I am running a consultation firm. And provided all the necessary documents.
I Got two offices. And i provided contracts for the both offices including the rent invoices.
When i applied visa, there were two employees working for me at that time.
It was matter of luck as one of my friend who was running more or less similar business and he got interviewed last month and he is still waiting for the reply.

So you have had 2 employees throughout the whole period?

Are they paid above min wage?
