SET F

Post by rbsjp » Mon Apr 02, 2018 6:57 am

I got British citizenship via TIER 1 route.
Now have a British passport. I own a house in UK and have a annual salary of around £34000
My wife has a dependent visa . My son who is 12 year old also has dependent visa.
He has lived in UK since Dec 2017.
Can I apply for ILR for my son ONLY?
MY son has a USA passport
My wife has Indian passport

Unfortunately, no. Your son will qualify for ILR at the same time as his mother, unless the caseworker uses discretion.

Thank you for your reply. Can you please elaborate why his application will be rejected? I have read the set F form. Everything seems OK. Sorry for my ignorance
