Which salary usually will put for RCoS application? Base Salary or Gross salary?
Gross!
You mean the total salary amount must be including benefits etc?

No it is not. There are very specific aspects of salary that is accepted and those that are disallowed. The guidance is very clear on this.

Could someone please tell me.

1) Does the profile of your employer matters in RCOS allocation by UK Home Office? I mean is there any thing like big businesses tend to get a better response than the small and medium scale businesses?

2) Is there anyone still waiting at 45 points? I haven't received any communication yet.

My Cos Refused with 44 points.
The below message i have received.

Thank you for your recent application for restricted CoS. Your application has been refused, as it did not meet the minimum points score for the allocation of a restricted CoS on the above decision date.

 My salary was over 60k per annum in non shortage occupation, but i got email from my employer that my COS has been rejected as I am not meeting the required points. Guys I am amazed . Do you know what could be the reason for rejection. My employer is not saying me anything.
60k is your basic or does it includes misc.?
60 k is my basic salary. RMLT has also been done. Are there any other points besides salary to be considered for COS.

No. It's basic + living allowances. Pension contributions and medical benefits cannot be included.

"basic pay excluding overtime
• allowances and guaranteed bonuses - allowances can include payments to
cover extra costs of living whilst in the UK but cannot include:
o benefits such as overtime, bonus or incentive pay which is not
guaranteed
o employer pension contributions
o allowances to cover business expenses including travel between the
source country and the UK
o the value of any shares which the migrant receives when offered a
job under an employee shareholder employment contract"

I am at 45 points and not get the result yet. But from a website of solicitor, they did say that the cutoff is 50K. Honestly, you will receive the refusal message soon.

I am guessing your employer should get the feedback.

But if your salary is correct, only other thing at fault is RLMT.

34 points refusal (obviously) received today. Employer advised that May will be the last month they try. All but given up any hope and looking at other options in other countries now.
