Can Tier 2 Dependent start a business

Hello!
My spouse has moved to UK with me few months back and is planning to start a business. Are there any legalities which should be taken care of from immigration point of view? To be specific, is it allowed for a Tier 2 dependent visa holder to start a business? Thanks!

A Tier 2 Dependent is free to start a business. The only restriction they have is they are not permitted to work as a Dr or Dentist in training.
