Hi
After the first 2.5 years under 5-year route, I am now applying for the second 2.5 years extension for my spouse visa. And I will submit my application on 1/5/2018 by post, which is next month.
Since on FLR(M) form, in "Photographs and documents checklist section", there is no mention for applicants to provide photos or chat history (such as Whatsapp or Facebook) to prove relationship genuine...
And on the government website https://www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa/provide-information , in "Proof of relationship" section, it says "You don’t generally need to send in things like WhatsApp messages, Skype history or photos of you together."
However, I've done more research and a lot suggestions (experienced or legal) mention the need to provide chat history covering the whole first 2.5 years while we live together.
Since we send each other too many messages everyday it would be a big folder of conversations and it would be really expensive to post. But at the same time it worries me if I get rejected for not providing such documents.
Should I provide the chat history from Whatsapp, Facebook and any other social media? And even photos and receipts for our day outs like we did for the application for the first 2.5 years spouse visa?
Thanks.
