No she don't need. As long as her passport is still valid.

Hi, I am filling section 5 on ILR Tier 2 General Route.
But I couldnt able to figure what should i put in 5.3. "Are you working in the UK?" "If so, what is your pay
each month after income tax and other deductions?".

I have ticket 'Is home in the UK Privetly rented by you'. But what monthly salary should i put into above textbox as i am getting annual salary e.g £35000. Monthly salaries are always varies. what figure should i put in that textbox.
How about your income if hourly? also varies??
Hourly income has not varied. Monthly income varies due to working days in every month.
If you don't have regular monthly income, you can use your hourly income, to calculate your monthly income.
However, you cannot use more than 48 hours per week to calculate if you can match the threshold or not.

For example: if your hourly income is 12 pounds, and you worked 60 hours, your income would be 720 for that week. And annual 720 x 52 = 37440 (sound eligible). However, the caseworker can only take maximum 48 hours as your eligible income to calculate if you match the threshold, thus it would be 576 pound. And annual 576 x 52 = 29952 (not eligible in fact!).

Thus, your hourly income must be at least: 35500/52/48 = 14.22228 pound per hour.

So, if your hourly income is over 14.22228 pound per hour and your annual income is over 35500. You will be fine.

If your master degree obtained in the UK and recognized by the government as higher educational institution, you can tick.

I have question regarding pbs dependant application.
Wife is on pbs dependant visa and i am on ILR (5 Year Tier2 route) now finally.

1); does her application require any relationship evidence, as she is here in uk for more then 3 years and her previous leave was also on Tier2 dependent.
2): can i submit my statement along with her bank statement in the application.
3): last thing is can i submit application usingn priority service.
