UK/EU Citizen wanting to bring EU dependent parent to UK

I have dual UK/Italian Citizenship. I am a single child.

My mum (widow, 70, barely auto-sufficient, Italian), lives in Italy.

Currently I bring her over to the UK to stay with my 2-3 times a year for a month at a time, but I can see her health deteriorating and the natural solution would be for her to relocate here over the next few years.

How easy would this be, especially after Brexit?

Forgot to mention, my mum has her own pension so she would not need any benefit, however she would need medical assistance.
