Unmarried visa urgent response.

Post by So34 » Wed Apr 11, 2018 12:18 am

Please I need someone response ASAP. Am applying for unmarried visa from the U.K. After an unsuccessful appeal in FTT Cardiff about not enough insurmountable obstacles. My solicitor appealed the Judgement. However, after 3weeks I got a respond back from the court saying.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL.

The Respondent has withdrawn the original decision.
The Tribunal is satisfied that this appeal has been withdrawn.
Please could expert explain to me the meaning of this words. Does that mean HO has given up on this issue that has been dragging on for two years. My unmarried partner visa documents are all fine. Being to holiday twice with my partner they have finally agreed longtime ago that the relationship is genuine and subsisting.
Please your response is so much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Moderators,

I have been reading this forum for quite a while now. Please, I need
someone to explain better to me. Its disturbing because I can’t understand
what is next for HO to say.

Am applying for unmarried visa, with no kids. At first HO refused the
application and said the relationship is unfounded and not genuine. They
have eventually agreed in court that the relationship is genuine. I was be
detained with no in country right of appeal. But finally went to court and
got an in country right of appeal. I went to court with my partner in
February 2018 in FTT Cardiff. After two weeks the verdict came out and the
Judge said their isn’t enough insurmountable obstacles for me return back
home. Bear in mind that I have been here for 10years, went to university
and have all the necessary documentation for the unmarried visa which
exceeded more than 2 years.
To cut the story short quickly. The Judge said I can appeal it. I appealed
the Judge’s decision and response came back after 3 weeks saying
“ Notice of Withdrawal.
The Respondent has withdrawn the original decisions.
The tribunal is satisfied that this appeal
has been withdrawn.

Could someone please explain to me what this statement means. Does that
mean that the HO has finally given up? Am in a limbo for more than 2years
now still fighting with HO.
Would be more than grateful to see your response.

Unclear what you have applied for as you have posted in the EEA/EU route sub forum.

Have you applied for an Unmarried Partner Visa under the UK immigration rules or an Extended Family Member Residence Cards under the EEA route?

What is your partners nationality?

What is your full UK immigration history?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
