FLR FP based on 7 year child

Post by Qhayiso » Fri Apr 13, 2018 5:54 am

Hi all. I made FLR FP based on 7 year child. Both parents from different countries with no leave to remain.
Application was refused yesterday with rights of appeal. Anyone with experience of this matter? What are the winning chances in court?

As vinny's link has sort of pointed out, this visa is exceedingly rare/difficult to get. Some people have managed to get DLR out of attempts for this visa, but even that seems to be occurring less frequently now. You should consider making realistic plans in that regards.

Are the parents married/living-together and living with the children? What are the respective nationalities of the parents?
