set(o) form a confusing question

Post by emrahcakan » Sun Apr 15, 2018 2:33 pm

Hi Gurus,

I am filling set(o) form for ILR application upon 5 years tier 2 general. In the page 78, I saw that document.

"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. "

what is that really mean? are they asking for a document that I met the tier 2 requirement when I have my tier 2 visa. I obviously met the requirement as I had my visa 5 years ago. :) am I misinterpreting?

Thanks

As per my limited understanding, your BRP would be the document to justify that you met Tier 2 requirements when you had tier 2 visa. An expert's response would be more supportive here.

I just got my ILR. My advisor told me it is related with people who switch visa type.
