If I go to the bank tomorrow they will give me online transaction details but it will be dated 02 May which is after the submission date of the application? Is that OK?
It will be far better than the missing transaction of your wages credit. I think you should write a brief covering letter or note that you are not submitting the document dated after the application submission rather adding the missing bit of the bank statement submitted earlier.

Dear Guys,

I'd be grateful if you can advise me on this issue.

My wife's application was submitted last April. You can figure out from my previous posts that I submitted my bank statement in two separate documents.

Yesterday, the Home Office emailed my wife asking for a scanned copy of April's Full bank statement. She replied to them that she had already included April statement but in two separate documents and she attached the documents again as I (her sponsor) am not in the UK at moment and I forgot my access details to online banking.

My concern is that the Home Office may not reply at all and take the decision based upon what they have now. How this could be resolved. I'm out of the UK at the moment, and I know that even if I can get the online bank statement this will not be accepted by the Home Office.

Yes its extremely a matter of inconvenience. If you have remembered the royal mail tracking numbers of that parcel which was having your April statement then you should give it to them in replying email as well as also tell them that you are outside UK and can provide such missing statements if they can't find. You can do that for the time being and if miraculously they bother to check your other bundle & find then you will be fine.

Dear Guys,
My wife submitted her application online more than 120 days and the decision is not made yet.

Is that normal? Is it an indicator that there’s something wrong? My kids are out of the UK with their mum and the Schools in the UK had already started teaching 2 weeks ago.

Your advice please………

There are delays.

Schools have not gone back "2 weeks ago"!! They only go back this week and next week.

Thank you CR001.

Maybe in England, but schools in some other parts in the UK were back 2 weeks ago.

My main question is what should I do now? Just wait? They have already exceeded the time scale [120 days].

The fact that they requested documents after a while means your application is already delayed.

It's your call - if its feasible then maybe come back to UK as your children depending on age are probably missing out on crucial education. Also you will likely get fined by the attendance officer for missing school.

No one knows how long it will take and how long you could be waiting. Your wife can always join you when the visa is issued.

Thank you Londoner007 for the advice.
The problem is that I don't have time to travel to get them back and they cannot come on their own. Moreover, the youngest kid doesn't want to leave her mum.
The worst scenario might be to be enrolled back home and come next year.

Hi Guys,
I was trying to email UKVI to ask about my wife’s application.

The webform has questions about name and date of birth; are these for myself or my wife? The form also asks about the billing address, but not the debit card number or security code. How they can deduct the fees without having my card details?
