ICT Tier2 Dependent Visa to Tier2 General Visa and ICT Tier2 to Tier2 General Dependent

Hi everyone,
I need your advice on my situation.
Say, if I am holding an ICT visa (main applicant) and my spouse is holding ICT Dependent visa, issued 20th Apr 2018, valid for 5 years. I know there will be 12 months cooling off after 5 years.

1. During five years (from 20th Apr 2018 to 20th Apr 2023), my spouse got job offer in UK and he/she is able to get sponsor for Tier 2 General, say on 20th Apr 2019, does he need 12 months cooling off or he just need to leave UK and back to home country to apply Tier 2 general while holding ICT Dependent visa?
- Does my spouse need to cancel ICT dependent visa before applying Tier 2 General?
- Does my spouse need to do any Leave to Remain application before applying Tier 2 General?

2. Say, my spouse get Tier2 General visa on 20th Apr 2019. Then we want to switch to Tier2 General Dependent
- Does my child who is holding Tier2 ICT dependent required 12 month cooling off when switching to Tier2 General Dependent?
- Does myself who is holding Tier2 ICT main applicant required 12 month cooling off when switching to Tier2 General Dependent on 20th Apr 2019 - when my Tier2 ICT still valid. If yes, is that possible for me to continue working for the same company who sponsor Tier2 ICT?

For the main Tier 2 ICT visa holder yes.

There is no cooling off period for ICT dependants changing to Tier 2 General.
No need to cancel the ICT dependent visa first. It will be cancelled automatically IF a Tier 2 General visa is issued.
ICT Dependent has to apply from home country for Tier 2 General with a restricted CoS.

There is NO cooling off period for PBS dependants or for main PBS visa holder switching to PBS Dependent visa!!
Whether you can continue working for your current employer once you get a PBS Dependent visa is up to your employer. You will have to tell them and provide evidence that your visa has changed.
