Thanks for the updates!! Yeah the waiting time is dreadful and painful at the same time!! I just think that after us paying the priority fee, they should at least give us acknowledgement (to be fair they should offer the same service to non-priority too) as the visa fee is the same amount and isn't cheap. Just wish there was better customer services offered and that we could track our case online, they don't even give us the option to do that. My 30 working days is literally few days after yours... so hopefully the time will go quick and we hear very soon.

I understand what you mean when you say you are worried about your documents, I am thinking the same too... but I am hoping we are only thinking this because we haven't heard anything... so no news... is good news right? (lets think positively, even though it's so difficult to do so!) I believe they haven't contact my employer yet.. and they haven't contacted me either.
InshAllah, we should hear soon... and yes... guess we need to get busy with the WC! haha!

Well the visa helpline person who answered the phone did not calculate the 2 bank holidays and she thought my 30 days was Friday, she took some generic details such as passport number, IHS number, GWF number and sent a reminder i guess to home office.imran321 wrote: ↑Sat Jun 16, 2018 10:28 pmHey,

Your 30 days was up on 19th June right?
So when you called them, what did you say and how did you tell them you wanted to escalate the case?
