The fee increase will be implemented on 6th of April 2018, it has already been announced.

There is a grace period of 21 days in which if you did/do use an outdated form, it will still be considered valid, I think this starts from when the new application form is published.

So if you applied 10th April 2018, and the new application form was published on the 15th April 2018, your application would not be invalid as it is under that grace period.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

Dear Sirs,
I submitted my FLR DL application for settlement after 6 year discretionary leave and filled tow forms of payment as I wanted to pay fee from two different accounts, one is from my credit card and one is from my
own account by cheque. I sent my application on 12/04/2018 and they took payment from my credit card on
16/04/2018 but they have not yet cashed or send cheque to my bank. what I have to do now?
Please guide me.

How much did they actually take from your credit card?

Why don't you, if you have a high enough credit limit just pay all of it by credit card and then transfer what you would have paid by cheque to your credit card?

Dear Sirs,
Thanks for your reply, My total fee was £14334, all 6 family members. I pay in 2 different way,1: £4334 by credit card and they deducted it on next day. 2: I pay £10000 by cheque and they have not put this into my bank account,
It was not enough credit limit So i pay this into mutiple payment method.

So what is your advice: What I have to do now? just wait or contact them by phone or by post?
if by phone, what is the number?

Try this link it has thr phone number listed for their contact centre, however, you should ask them about an email address in regards to payment processing of applications.

Also, they have taken part payment, obviously they will ask for the rest of the payment and will have to correspond in due course In order for them to process the application.

Watch out for any post they might send in regards about it.

Dear Sirs,

I have received HO letter in regards my remaining fee by cheque and unfortunately, My sign was missing on my cheque, I signed again as advised in the letter and sent them by next day delivery, they received it on 11/06/2018 but they have not put this cheque into the bank yet?
I am wondering that why they take a long to do this.

Any idea or advise Please...................
