UKBA-BRP package redelivery

Post by tfj18 » Thu May 03, 2018 12:32 am

*Posted in the wrong topic earlier! Many apologies!*

Hi there!

I'm looking for some information regarding DX's redelivery/package afterI received a letter through the post saying that I missed delivery of a "UKBA-BRP package".

A bit of background, I applied for ILR using the SET ( P ) route back in September 2017 in line with UKBA application guidelines, I sent in my application 1 month before expiry of my Limited Leave to Remain. I had received my application acknowledgment letter a few weeks after and since, moved flats and changed my address with the Home Office and not received any letters or correspondence from the Home Office regarding a decision.

I've now just got back from a work trip to a letter from DX stating that they were unable to complete a delivery of a "UKBA-BRP package". Does this mean that my application has been approved and my BRP is being delivered to me? I've not received a decision letter or anything from the UKBA.

Any help would be great as I've had sleepless nights, stressful days, worrying about the outcome.

Thanks in advance! :)
