There is NO financial requirement for PBS Dependents applying for ILR. You are confusing a completely different visa requirements.so at the time of my wife ILR, should i need to send my wage slips showing my annual earning £18500 plus some saving?
The online form will tell you what is required.any other documents i need to send with her application ?
It appears the most recent/current visa was issued AFTER 11th January 2018 and she will be subject to the new absence limits. If she is away for 180 days or more, her continuity of residence is broken.is that ok for her to go abroad for 180 days before her ILR application?
You are not applying under the accelerated route (which is 3 years residence)!!Should I need to select Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant accelerated
msaleemu wrote: ↑Wed Mar 20, 2019 1:59 pmI have following queries in relation to filling Set(O)
I am applying of Tier 1, 50k, 5 years route
Should I need to select Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant accelerated
Tier 1 (Ent) Migrant
In relation to absence from the UK, should I need to add the actual date when I left the UK or the destination country immigration stamp date?. For example, I left uk on 25/09/2013 however reached to Pakistan on 26/09/2013, which date I need to use ?
25/9/2013
What date did you begin submitting Real Time information to HMRC?. Is that the date when we started submitting FPS for my 1st employee in 2015 or I need to use date from April 2018 when I am going to claim points during extension time
2015
Date the job was created? Should I need to use the date when actually I have created the post i.e. 01/09/2015 or I need to use the date when I am going to claim the 12 months i.e. 11/04/2018?.
Actual date if the job was continous. But if there have been gaps it does not matter you can just use the new date
In case I need to use the actual start date 01/09/2015, there is gap in the job when no one working on the position, is it ok to use 01/09/2015(actual start date)?# Use the new date
Both Jobs employee still working, should I need to mentioned end date in the application in order to calculate the exact week?NO. You will declare still working. The online form asks if the employee is still employed with you. You will say yes

One more question please
Company's filing history page
Should I need to download all documents from the filling page history to upload like Confirmation statement, Total exemption full accounts, Registered office address changed, Micro company accounts, Annual return etc ?
It looks ok. If you had any absences from UK, don’t forget to tabulate it and add to the list and a form of proof of address, like council tax bill etcmsaleemu wrote: ↑Sat Mar 30, 2019 10:15 amThank you guys for your help.
