Dear Aman90

My wife initial visa granted on 21/01/2015 however she came to the UK on 15 May 2015.
I am counting from 15 May 2015 upto 15 May 2020.
Further to CR001 advised..
Congrats!
In that case she’s eligible to apply for ILR
21/01/2020 minus 28 days..
late December 2019. Use timeanddate calculator for exact dates..

There is NO financial requirement for PBS Dependents applying for ILR. You are confusing a completely different visa requirements.

The online form will tell you what is required.

It appears the most recent/current visa was issued AFTER 11th January 2018 and she will be subject to the new absence limits. If she is away for 180 days or more, her continuity of residence is broken.

I have following queries in relation to filling Set(O)

I am applying of Tier 1, 50k, 5 years route

Should I need to select Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant or Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant accelerated

In relation to absence from the UK, should I need to add the actual date when I left the UK or the destination country immigration stamp date?. For example, I left uk on 25/09/2013 however reached to Pakistan on 26/09/2013, which date I need to use ?

What date did you begin submitting Real Time information to HMRC?. Is that the date when we started submitting FPS for my 1st employee in 2015 or I need to use date from April 2018 when I am going to claim points during extension time

Date the job was created? Should I need to use the date when actually I have created the post i.e. 01/09/2015 or I need to use the date when I am going to claim the 12 months i.e. 11/04/2018?.

In case I need to use the actual start date 01/09/2015, there is gap in the job when no one working on the position, is it ok to use 01/09/2015(actual start date)?#

Both Jobs employee still working, should I need to mentioned end date in the application in order to calculate the exact week?

Actual date if the job was continous. But if there have been gaps it does not matter you can just use the new date

Hi Guys

I am filling Set(o) application form, its states employee start date and question if employee still working,i selected yes. My questions is how home office calculate 12 months FT employment when there is no end date option as i remember at the time of extension, we have to mention job end date in the table in order to claim the points

I am claiming employment from 11/04/2018 to 10/03/2019, how do the home office know the employment end date?

should i need to send a covering letter?

should i need to send accountant letter

Ermm.. by submitting atleast the equivalent of 24 mths or 104 weeks worth of payslips and RTI FPS for assessment to qualify..
why should there be an end date if the employee is continuing..
Employees also leave and another employee takes their place.

I gave full details of my absence since I entered to UK, however during entrepreneur; I spent only 30 days outside uk. Should I need to mention all absence since I entered to UK?

I already provided country of nationality information in one of the question in set(o), again they asking following question, should I need to mention same details again in follow questions
Other countries you have lived in
Have you previously lived in a country outside the UK including your country of birth?

Dear Aman90 and other senior members.

while filling Set o application.I need help for the answer of the following question?

When did you first enter the UK? (Required)
This is the date you entered the UK when the period of stay you are basing this application on started.

I entered in the UK on 04/09/2010 however my E DATE 10/03/2014, which date i need to use to answer above question?

In relation to absence from the UK, should i only need to provide absence in last 5 years i.e. from 10/03/2014 to till date or from 04/09/2010 when i first entered in the UK?

1) 5 year qualifying period on Tier 1 visa. Entry date will be based on this.

2) Absences ONLY for 5 year qualifying period.

3) Yes you have to mention country of birth again in countries living in INCLUDING country of birth. The question asks for it.

It looks ok. If you had any absences from UK, don’t forget to tabulate it and add to the list and a form of proof of address, like council tax bill etc

Isn't the absence table part of the online form any longer?
Proof of address? which address? and why? The business bank letter or statement confirms company address.
