Having said that, not sure how a visa is issued and attached to a passport if the docs are scanned and sent to Sheffield? For example, in a Priority Submission via VFSGlobal? In this scenario would Sheffield have the passport (if its scanned)? Maybe the visa comes in letter form?

Passport does not go to Sheffield by stay at the authorities in the country of application.

We have been wait application was made from Cebu documents received at Sheffield 19/03/2018.... 5 weeks from the biometric no email to say the received the documents and not returned yet. Email confirmation received by ECO: 28 Feb 2018
