Tier2 ICT Depedent to Tier4 Student

Hi All,

I am on tier2 ICT dependent(Long term) and completes my 5 years in UK by Jun'2018(Visa issued on May'2013).
I am planning to move as student and have universities where June as in take.

I am expecting my CAS(University offer) in next 2 weeks ,and move to go back to India to apply tier 4 visa ?

Please advise ,if any challenges in getting the visa in this process ?
My husband planning to apply as tier4 dependent with in UK based on my student visa approval,Any challenges for him ?

No challenges, as long the financial maintainence documents are correct and as per guidelines

FYI - your husband can also apply from India if you can't get an appointment soon in UK

Hi All,

My wifey in the same situation, as my Tier 2 ICT visa (5 years) finishes this Sept'18, she was trying to apply for the Sept 2018 full time Post graduate course in Coventry university.

In this context I have few queries.
- Should the Tier 4 (Student VISA) be applied only after going back to India ?
- Can't it be done from here once she get the sponsor/offer letter from university ?
- Also she has got only second class degree in Bcom computers from local medium, so is the IELTS score must before applying ?
- Have booked open day in university for admission procedure, what are the documents to be carried ?

Anybody please help in answering the same

Yes.
