The letter says
You have 14days calendar days after the date on which you received this decision to apply for admin review

Does this means the received date I.e 14days from 4th May?

Please confirm I don’t want to be a defaulter

I can't confirm, but if it were me, I would assume 14 days from 4th May or at least from 3rd May when it was delivered.

Inside the UK
Within 14 calendar days of the date when you were “served” the refusal notice. This normally means the second business day[*] after the date on the letter. If you received the letter three of more business days after the date on the letter, and you can prove it, the Home Office may extend the deadline for your Administrative Review.

An example:

The refusal notice from the Home Office is dated Friday 08 July 2016
The notice would be deemed to be served two business days later on Tuesday 12 July 2016 (remember Saturday and Sunday are not counted as these are not business days)
The deadline for submitting an Administrative Review would be 14 calendar days later on Tuesday 26 July 2016

If I make a second application and meanwhile my wife travels India and gets a tier2 sponsorship and by the time she comes here can I vary my fresh application to her tier 2 dependant ==> Yes in principle, you should be able to.
Will this count for the ILR? ==> If successful, yes for the 10 year LR

One of my friend is ready to a Sponrk me 200k for new Entrepreneur visa
Is it ok if I apply 200k visa rather than making the fresh application?
If I can show the funds and business plan?
Can we do the fresh entrepreneur application rather than a extension application?

Has anyone done this way after the tier 1 extension rejection?

That is an interesting question. My reading of the immigration rules is that it is not possible, at least not as a leave to remain made from the country. It may be possible as an entry clearance from outside the country.

But anyway, given that genuineness is the problem, what make you think you will not have a similar issue with the new application.

Because when I tried my level best to prove and run my business they have treated me as incredible entrepreneur just because I didn’t have documentation
And this is the lesson learnt for new application and how I can improve in new business and how I wanted to grow the UK economy at the same time miantaining documentation and every single detail remembered I can become a genuine entrepreneur by learning out of the mistakes from my previous business
What they matter is just the documents
And I run my business in agile way
Where I give least priority to the documentation and evidence

But with the lessons learnt and failures I can take those as my stepping stones for future

Received AR decision and they maintained same and added new 244dd(n) to the refusal

They have provided chance to apply for second admin review
They haven’t changed anything much
Could you please help me and advise in further steps
