Where is the father of the twins and is he still in a relationship with you?

Will be tough to qualify of Zambrano. You may need to apply for leave to remain.

Hi CR001,

I never meant to cause any confusion, I am new to the forum , and did not know most of the rules, just felt that if I have a new post maybe that will generate more response, since there was no more response in my initial post.

so sorry for any inconveniences caused.

thanks

Zambrano application refused just as Obie predicted, more sad than i can imagine, I want to apply for leave to remain under FLR FP now, however father of twins is in receive of NHS Bursary, as a student his parttime job is just few hours, can the nhs bursary be classified as income in this situation.

Help please!!!

I am sorry I am attributed to this misfortune of yours. I did not wish for it to happen, just that I was doubtful the law was engaged in your case.

I hope you will be able to successfully apply in another capacity.

Best of luck for the future.

Thank you so much Obie, I did not mean to attribute you to my misfortune, just felt that I should have listened and do the right application.

I want to apply for FLR-FP now, my lawyer thinks NHS Bursary can be classifed as income, I am just a extremely worried now, I do not wish to be refused again.
Any advice will be so apppreciated. Thanks
