Please be noted that i was deputed to UK on ICT Longterm Staff Visa,which is valid till 2019.
As my assignment was ended earlier, i have returned to my home country in September 2017 and joined back
in my home country company.
I am serving cooling off period now. I have proofs of flight tickets and visa stamping, that i left UK on september 2017.
But, i received a 'curtailment of leave' letter from home office. It looks like my UK employer has not correctly intimiated about my UK exit and home office still thinks i am in UK and given me a curtail leave date as june 2018. I have escalated this to my company mobility.
I request the experts over here to suggest as
- Does it affects my cooling period, in any way...as my cooling period ends by september 2018
- How should i notify Home Office on this on my own(I dont want to only depend on my company mobility
