Child settlement visa - who signs declaration?

Post by dazzle » Mon May 07, 2018 1:12 pm

We are just submitting my step daughters visa application.

I am in the UK with the child's mother.
I have completed the form online, but now having to sign the declaration.

Do I write my name, as I have completed the form?
Or do I type my wife's name, as her parent?
Or her grandmother's name, who will accompany to the application centre?
Or the childs name?

Thanks in advance

To answer my own question, just seen in the guidance notes that parent/legal guardian should sign for applicants under 18
