I have 45 points and i have not heard anything yet. Im keeping my fingers crossed because i cannot handle a refusal! I had to leave UK last month as my visa (Tier 1 dependant) expired, so my company agreed to sponsor me... My husband is still in UK

Why can’t you apply for a spousal visa .. it’s seems like the easier option in your case

My husband got a refusal to his ILR application based on Tier 1 General, so he had to apply for ILR under10 years Long residency. I could apply for the samea s his dependant, but while our application is pending, i would not be able to work in the UK, so my company will suffer and have to recruit someone else. Therefore it was wiser for my husband to apply for the ILR long residency alone, and i leave the country for my company to sponsor me via a Tier 2. I expected 45 points to clear out this month  :( :( :( Once he gets his ILR, i have the option to apply as spousal visa- but i will have to wait and see....

Got some positive feedback from my potential employer. 55 Points.
Though they didn't tell anything specific but it seems it is approved.

I will really appreciate if someone could tell me how much points do I make after Job passing RLMT, english proficiency, Salary 26K. Got rejected 2 times, but never came to know my points.
Thanks

Have spoken to my immigration firm this morning. They haven't received any updates on the application yet. Waiting at 36pts.
Surprisingly its too quite, not many approvals or refusals yet, not sure what to infer from this.
Anyone else heard of anything?
Best of luck to all waiting.

I'm gonna guess 45 pts isn't going to get approved this month. I'd like to be proven wrong but we've barely even heard anyone at 50pts being approved. And now we are starting to hear of refusals...

We can’t say 41-45 might seem like a small difference In terms of points but bear in mind there are about 1000 people between 41 and 45 points .. so let’s see what happens

Ah I just did so, and some of the comments under them are super depressing, with lots of locals ranting against an influx of "cheap" foreigners. :( Just a reminder that I shouldn't read the comments, I suppose...

Congrats to those who've received the news and good luck to everyone still waiting!

And this is a cause that is not going to garner any support as well, as people will perceive this as a good sign to train and give those jobs to local people. The Home Office's response is an automated message for every time they get contacted. ( I have even memorized it lol) At this point I think except for the businesses that are struggling and the potential employees, no one bats an eye about the issue, especially not the Government. And clearly even the big shots like NHS are not able to create any pressure to get things moving.

Internally there is pressure for sure, but we wouldn't know about it. I guess this is a lot to do with politics now , and even though the government knows about this problem they too scared about the peoples votes to do anything about it , but hoping I am wrong and some changes happen which would favour all of us
