Have sufficient score but still waiting! Shouldn't be released in 5 working days? Today is 5th working day after 11th of May!?
How much score you have if you don't mind me asking.
105 (PhD)

45 refused 4th month in a row, I will apply for a different country this time, situation in the UK doesn't seem to improve in the upcoming months.
Thanks everyone for posting your results and wish you good luck!

What a complete waste of time. i am with just 29 points and there seems no any chances even with the renewed RLMT ( applying since JAN) , at least we hoped this month would bring some good news for people around 40-45.This is so so frustrating.

I got refused at 50 points. Spouse still waiting to hear back, 50 points as well. Doesn't look promising.

Just tried to calculate the average time taken by HO to release the reulsts from previous 16 months data. Found that its taking avg of 8 working days to maximum of 12 working days. This month all the results could be out by 22nd may and maximum by 28th may.

I know a lot of people are concerned about their applications and rightly so, mine one is on Skill Shortage and even I haven't heard anything from my employer since my employer hasn't heard anything from the solicitors. This whole system is quite complex and baffling to be honest.
What's your salary and occupation, if you don't mind me asking?
I know we are in the same boat, I hope it will be okay in June/July. Does anyone can answer my quick question, what if HR advertised the job in 4th Dec 2017 then is it still available to apply for June ? Thanks !
Of course not!
I am not a lawyer or immigration advisor. My statements/comments do not constitute legal advice.

I guess it is valid till 4-June
not sure if meeting on 11-June considers it valid or please ask ur sponsor to apply a fresh RLMT for safety
however 28 day ad, wont complete until mid of June (even if they apply tomorrow)
check with sponsor, I guess u cannot attempt in June (happy if I am proven wrong...i wish u apply in June)
The rules state that RCoS has to be allocated within 6 months of the job first being advertised.
So if the ad first went out on the 4th of December it wouldn’t be valid for the June allocation because it’s not possible for the RCoS to be allocated before the 4th of June (the allocations don’t even start until the 11th).

Let's hope we all get good news this week. I was reading thread of april here and things were more clear in that thread and month than this one. A few people on SOL (me included) haven't heard a thing yet.

Hi all
My position was advertised on 6 Dec. I’m on 34 points and have been refused every month due to point. The cut off for applying for the RCOS is the 5th of the month. Will my RLMT be valid for June?

The guidance/rules state that the RCoS needs to be assigned within 6 months of the job first being advertised.
As a result your RLMT would not be valid as it’s not possible for your employer to assign it before the 6th given the allocations don’t even begin until the 11th.

Just a quick question if any body knows the answer. My employer is looking to carry out RLMT again with higher salary. Before he needed to advertise on UNIVERSAL JOB MATCH (Govt Website). This has now been repalced with FINDAJOB.Can this website be used for RLMT?

My partner got approved last month at 50 points, but due to some technical issue hospital couldn't issue RCOS. They said they ll re apply and of that rejected previous approval will be still valid... haven't heard anything... but just quick one looking at the scenario 50points will get rejected this month. Will the approve it on exceptional basis?
Thats what the originally said.

Hi,
Can anyone please clear one simple doubt?
Under exceptional circumstance the rcos is approved no matter of the points or anything? I know the word "Exceptional circumstance" meaning, but sill wanted to confirm as I read it somewhere in google that under the exceptional/urgent rcos points are considered.
Will highly appreciate it
