It really depends what industry.
Completely right. Zero chance for 45 and below in the next few months. I have decided to go with my other offer and not bother trying for UK a second time in June. Good luck to you all, I hope you can find other opportunities too.cali1234 wrote: ↑Thu May 24, 2018 8:51 pmI dont want to be the bearer of bad news, but unless there is a policy change , dont see anyone below 45 going through.
I dont personally know any of you but as a well wisher Really , start looking for other countries and opportunities, dont spend your life in this constant stress, the home office and government have been aware of this situation since January and the PM herself vetoed the decision of removing the visa cap, matters have only been worse since then and the number of applicants per month have only risen.
lets face it guys the companies want us to work for them but the government thinks otherwise, sorry if I sound harsh but best of to come back to reality everyone. I spent many months on this site hoping for a miracle, following the news, writing letters to MPs in UK, signing petitions and have wasted precious months of my life . now I am trying to look for other opportunities and would recommend the same for you all with lower points

Nothing can be assumed. The only definite from the numbers released is there was at LEAST 153 applicants at 50 points as any less they would have been able to borrow up to 100 certificates from June to clear them all.rangaraga01 wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 9:59 am52 certificates have been carried over to June. Does this indicate that it will come down to at least 50 next month? Opinions requested please.
nope, they need to properly verify their Sponsorship System. As the results are announced for May, I doubt if ur application is pending - unless they applied after 5-May....in such case it will be decided post 11-junevigneshsarath wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 12:06 pmEmployer says still they havent heard from HO, will that be true ? someone advice please !
I was told earlier that my application was submitted on 3rd May 2018ashishkm wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 12:52 pmnope, they need to properly verify their Sponsorship System. The guidance is clear on what is considered for 'gross salary'. See page 27 in the link below.
Did not understand on how it's clear that at least 153 applicants were at 50 points. Do you mind sharing your inputs ?star25 wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 11:21 amNothing can be assumed. 52 certificates was carried over to June. This means that next bucket(50 points) contains more that 52 applications since all applications for the same bucket should be either approved or denied. Also it's allowed to borrow up to 100 certificates from next month if it will allow to clear the bucket. All these means that 100+52=152 certificates were not enough to clean 50 points bucket.hiriser wrote: ↑Fri May 25, 2018 4:42 pmDid not understand on how it's clear that at least 153 applicants were at 50 points. I bet new thread will be created close to allocation date (June 11).blitzkrieg333 wrote: ↑Sat May 26, 2018 2:06 pmHas the thread for June 2018 RCoS allocation been created? Please can someone share the link. Thanks.
I Highly doubt your application would be on hold or review since this month 52 rcos certificates were carried forward to next month . So if your application had 51 pts and was submitted prior to 5th May it should have been approved .Not sure if your applications falls with NHS who are given 1/3 quota of rcos and have to allocate from what they get .ukaspiran wrote: ↑Sun May 27, 2018 8:44 pmMy employer had tried for third time for COS in the month of May, raised the salary to 55k and above - software profession.. but still I was told the cos was rejected although it met points the monthly limit has crossed so the applications with priority like NHS only would be approved first. Is this point true ? someone clarify please.. my assumption was RLMT + Salary of 55k would fetch me 55 points or the least of 51 points and I thought it would be approved as the cut off for the month of May is 51.
From where did you come to know that Home Office has reserved 1/3rd of the quota for NHS?nshar4 wrote: ↑Sun May 27, 2018 11:11 pmI Highly doubt your application would be on hold or review since this month 52 rcos certificates were carried forward to next month .
