If you are applying in June with valid RLmT you have a good chance the new RLMT rule says that you need to advertise in universal job match site for which employers are gettinf ready and almost there to go live (Process) hence this will be a great opportunity there will be very less applications. Please note rlmt till May 18 was still eligible so it won't be that less though.

The employer cannot increase the salary above the band specified in the Advert for RLMT. If the advert says salary range 50k to 53k, the employer in a second attempt can only specify or offer salary in this range. If he is offering a higher salary than this he has to do the RLMT again.

Have you asked your employer for the SOC or looked through Appendix J and Appendix K yourself???

Not really. I would be grateful, if you can direct me to these appendixes. Since, I have been waiting for RCoS since December, I don't want to take chances and want to ensure that my employer applies with the right SOC code.
Thanks in advance.

Anyone had luck with a raise?
After re-advertising the RLMT with a competitive salary, my employer gave me a partial raise but I am still in the 45 points range for June as the final application. I've explained how short-sighted that is but it's been their past performance on retention so it was not a surprise. The market salary rate for my field just does not compete with several other industries including finance and tech.
Thank you to the people who have said forget about this and move on. I had 5 beautiful years in the UK managing the design, construction, and operation of major infrastructure projects. It's time for new doors to open and to contribute to another country.

Nope. Not yet. Am planning to ask them after couple of months where I can get promotion over here and go there as AM where tha Salary band is 51-55k.
Also have another offer in Kuwait which is decent however have decided to try 3 more months along with lobby for AM role and then say bye to UK.

May I know why didn't you apply for PR after 5 years? I mean why are you going through Visa route whereas you are eligible to apply for PR...

Based on users previous post, they were on ICT dependent visa, which does not lead to ILR (PR).

My company's immigration consultant and employer are also completely clueless. They keep functioning on hope which is odd for a company that works in risk management.
Until last Sunday when my Tier 2 ICT dependant visa expired, I lived and worked in the UK for 5 years. My employer has been applying since Feb and has re-advertised for RLMT. I have put together a business case to get a promotion and raise above 50k in the June application however, given the trend above £55k now with 2,000 NEW certificates, there is no point!
How did the number of new applications above 55 points double since march?
