ILR SPOUSE

Post by larinca » Fri May 11, 2018 12:36 pm

Hello, i hope you can help me. i'm little bit confused.
entry clearance 20/03/2013, entered in uk 23/03/2013, then back to paris and come back uk several times during some weekends as i was working in paris, left my job end october, back in uk permanently 04/11/2013. current visa expires 19/11/2018.
do i need to work out 5 years residency from the date i entered in uk 23/03/2013 even if i was between paris and london ? so 28days before 23/03/2018 to apply forr ilr?

or do i need to apply 28days before expiry date of my current visa? or is it 28 days from 04/11/2018? asking the question as in the ilr app form there is a question about "when did you begin living together?"

please help i'm confused, and i want to apply in person so don't want to lose money.

thanks in advance

Useful if you stated what category of visa you hold?

You could have applied already in March, 28 days prior to the 5 anniversary of the date you entered the UK in 2013.

28 days prior to the 5 anniversary of the date entered in uk is not in march. i entered in uk 23/08/2013.
you mean 28 days prior 23/08/2018?
