initial application - question about business plan

Hi all, I'm now filling in the online form to submit my initial application, but I'm not sure whether I should answer 'Yes' or 'No' in the following question:

"Have you provided a business plan which sets out your proposed business activities in the UK and how you expect to make your business succeed?"

I know that I have to submit a business plan, but the question asks "Have you provided". This is my first time to submit the initial application. I'll only have to hand in my document in the VFS centre after this online form is submitted. Then, should I answer 'No'?

As long as the Business plan is submitted along with the form, you should answer yes
