First, I would like to thank all of you for your help, really appreciate the efforts.
We applied for our extension and it's been approved. However, we received only 2 BRP's "my husband's and my daughter's" but not mine! I have filled BRP delivery application online and the received an email saying that my query has been referred to the caseworker who should contact me. Yet here I am haven't been contact yet. Phoned the home office and the guy over the phone knew nothing! Kept arguing why we applied early (3 months before old visa expiry) and I said we applied based on the rules and he said no you should apply within 28 days (kind of automated reply they know!!) I told the rule says this.. and he was show me where is it mentioned!!!! The customer service is aweful!! they know NOTHING about the policies and the rules.. Nothing absolutely nothing!!! Useless!! at the end he suggested that I should redo my online BRP delivery thing online again!
In the middle he also suggested to write to the caseworker! On the decision letter I have only his/her name but no contact details whatsoever.
Anyways sorry for the rant! Can you please advice me what to do next as I have no idea honestly!
