If you are completing 10 years in next 2-6 months then most likely they ain't gonna make decision until you complete 17-19 months.
I know 28 people who are completing 10 years from June to Dec but still waiting for decision.

Biometrics done: 16/06/2017

I am in the same boat, interview was in March. I finish my 10th year by August.

what was your timeline.
also did you had any interview or submitted any additional doc.

and yes if DX emails you that means its a confirmed that your biometrics is on the way and is approved.
