British Citizenship / Surinder Sing / Child

I have a complicated question regarding my son's eligability for a British citizenship.
I will be gratefull if you could point me at the right direction.

I am a British citizen by decent, lived in the UK 3 years prior to child's birth. (however, could not find enough formal papers to prove that!)

Child was born in a non-EU country.

Child is 5 years old.

Child lived with me in an EU country for 3 years.

Based on his visa in EU country, he was granted a visa to UK (surinder sing).

We all returned to UK 2 years ago.


My questions are:

1. How long does it take for a child to start ILR/applying for BC? Is it 5 years or 3 years?

2. Could the time spent in EU country count towards ILR/applying for BC?

3 years for a Section 3(5) registration. 5 years for a Section 3(1) registration plus the child needs PR/ILR.

2. Could the time spent in EU country count towards ILR/applying for BC?

No.
