Hello again,
Quick question, does the land registry document have to be dated within 28 days of the application?

Although there shouldn't be any 28 days rule about it but still preferably its issuance/downloading date must be within 28 days just as a precaution.

Thanks seagul,
Another question ...
We currently live in a property that's owned by my husband's mother. We have no formal tenancy agreement with her, however, my husband pays her anywhere from £500 - £700 per month in rent. You can see these money transfers on his bank statements.
We have a letter signed by her but it doesn't state that we pay her rent, will this be an issue?

Hi everybody
I'm confused because they have just updated the application form for FLR m to an online only option. We booked an in person appointment for November 13th back in October and have all of our supporting documents and the old paper form ready for submission. We've paid for the application and the ihs surcharge.
Do we need to fill in the new application? Will we have to pay the fees again (which we can't do since we used all the savings we had for the initial booking). Will it change the validity of our documents?
I'm so freaked out by this and need some guidance please.

They don't make it very clear though, I mean we booked our appointment in October but the actual date of submission is November 13th. I can't believe this.

The new form for fee waivers? Or the old paper form?

Should I fill in the new form and bring it with us? And should I bring the PDF print out of the partially complete online application I filled in?

If you have not used the online form as part of your premium appointment application/booking process, then you need to use the paper form. Using the online form will ask you to pay the visa fees again.
Archived
paper forms.
Here.

Apologies CR but isn't that rule only applicable to postal applications and not in person appointments?

You can still use the paper form if you have a premium appointment before 29th November. A few members have already posted success and not having any issues last week with paper forms.

We just tried to contact UKVI and were given the run around about this issue.
The person we spoke to knew nothing and gave us an email address to contact someone in online support. I'm confused to say the least as he first suggested we fill in the new form and then I had to tell him it was just for people applying for a fee waiver. He seemed surprised by this ....
