FLR (FP) or another form?

Post by FariasFran » Sun May 20, 2018 9:05 am

Hi,
I am a non eu/non uk mother of an Irish citzen with an english father. I’ve been in the uk for almost 3 months with a tourist visa and id like to apply to stay here, since my daughers family from her dads side live in here and her grandmother has eplepsy, so her father is currently living with her to “keep an eye” on her. We are not together anymore and i live with his grandmother (i dont have any family outside my homecountry so thats why i live with his grandmother).
I found a few forms online but i’d like to know if any of them would apply for me. The main one is FLP (FP).
I’m almost spending money that I dont have to hire a lawyer because I’m running out of options, so any help here will be very welcomed :)

Thanks xx

You can't a apply for a visa under FLR(FP) while here as a visitor. How old is your daughter?

What reason did you give for visiting the UK in your visitor visa application?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.

I didn’t give any reason, I got the visa in the airport. Because I’m Brazilian, I didn’t need to apply before coming to the U.K.
My daughter is 1 year and a half.
I had a EUA family permit last year but I ended up not coming to the U.K. I don’t know if that is relevant but anyway.
I just want to know if there’s any chance to get my visa here without applying from outside the country. Do you think that if I register my daughter as a British citzen it would help with something?
