HMRC penalty effect on ILR

Hi xeesee, could you (or someone else) please advise whether or not your ILR application was successful? My dependent was just fined 100 GBP for a late SA (was misinformed about the need for a SA); the fine was immediately paid and SA filed, and we will soon be applying for ILR after 5 years on a Tier 2 Visa.

Thank you very much zimba88! As it is a fixed penalty notice, and I see no applicable place in the SET(O) form, I assume that there is no need to mention it in applying for ILR?
