ILR for children born outside UK

Post by hossamdin77 » Tue May 22, 2018 1:15 am

Hello,

I was granted British Citizenship in Nov 2015 via Tier 2 PBS (5 years) then ILR.
My wife just received her British Citizenship approval letter and awaiting the ceremony.
My 2 children age 5 and 4 both were born outside UK.

My question:
Which application form I need to use for their ILR application SET(O) or SET(F)?

Thanks

If the children are overstayers, then SET(F). Else, your choice.

Thanks for the quick response.
They are not overstayers. their current visa (Tier 2 dependant PBS) is valid till 2020.

There is no way they can apply to register as BC without settlement.
Am I right?

Many thanks
