British passport for new born to ILR father

Dear Guru,

My second daughter is born 04 May this month. I have ILR , my wife on spouse visa & elder daughter on dependent visa.

I want to apply for my newborn daughters British passport.

Could you please let me know if I need any referees? Also do I need to send my BRP card along with the application?

Yes you need referee for the application.

Yes you need to send proof of your ILR.
