Tier 2 RCoS refusal despite SOL

My employer applied for my CoS and my profession is on SOL. After waiting for week or so, today my employer informed me that Home Office wasn't happy with two things in my application. One was a discrepancy in my employment contract while other being more detailed required in reference letter. My question is that does HO provides details for each failed application and once we fix the issues mentioned above, my employer will have to reapply in June? Is it possible that HO can come up with another objection in application next month?
