Guidance needed for applying 10 year long visitor visa

Hello Guys,

I am 28 years old from Pakistan. I have a good history of travelling to UK. I got first uk visa in 2001, valid for 6 months. Second in 2003, valid for 6 months. Third in 2006, with validity of 2 years. Fourth in 2010, valid for 6 months. Fifth in 2013 with validity of 5 years.
I have also traveled to USA, (have a valid US visa), Japan, France, Germany and Italy.
I would like to apply for 10 years long standard visitor visa for the purpose of family visit. I am afraid as I heard UK is rejecting visas even with good travel history. I need recommendation. Should I apply for 10 years long visitor visa or 5 years long visitor visa.

Also please share your rejection experiences despite of having a good travel history.
