This guy got his own just few days ago. He applied online in December. I think the delay is caused by the new system
This is Tier 1 dependent application. Its always quick. Infact 7 weeks is also late for this.spybadshah wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2019 9:34 pmThere were couple of guys who posted recently that they recieved their visa using std service in about 7 weeks. I think new online system via UKVCAS are quicker.
He applied on 29 Jan and got visa on 29 Mar and BRP on 01 Apr.

No not yet. She applied end Feb but then she could not get any UKVCAS appointment in liverpool and had to travel to manchester. We were expecting our baby (now born in March) so she could not travel at that stage. She just gave her bio last week.
Hi Tier11417,tier11417 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2019 9:07 pmI was actually hoping for a quicker decision time for ILR but seems like this year Tier 1 to ILR is taking long this time round. As per some cases reported people who applied in Oct 2018 got decisions in March/April 2019 so standard 6 months. Last year I know two applicants personally who applied around June/July 2018 got approved in 3/3.5months. Seems like last year decisions were quicker comparatively.
Have not seen any decision reported after the new system launched in Nov 2018. Has anyone who applied for Tier 1 Ent using the new service got any update? Complex letter? Interview call? Any further correspondence?
Thanks

You don't need to register ur marriage here for citizenship application. Marriage held in any country which is acceptable in the said country has same validity in UK.

I still would have to wait 12 months after ILR as I only have Islamic Marriage done. I am not married as per UK law as I do not have my registration done in UK.
I hope we get our ILR sorted soon! I had to wait 16 months for my extension and was hoping a quicker decision this time but no luck! I think you will hear sooner as you applied earlier. But then, i dont know if they count from application date or bio date or its just pure luck.
I am not even receiving the monthly emails
I hope our luck shines this time!! Ameen
Wow thats pretty quick. Are you sure its not the Tier 1 dependent application? Or main applicant?rock05 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2019 12:27 pmHi Tier11417,tier11417 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2019 9:07 pmI was actually hoping for a quicker decision time for ILR but seems like this year Tier 1 to ILR is taking long this time round.
