Seems like an exception then. Members who have reported and applied since Nov 18.. none so far has reported a decision except one as bizman said and that was around 4 months +... normal time line so far on the forum is more than 3-4 months + and waiting.....
Hi Tier11417,

I was wondering how tier 1 entrepreneur decision comes by post or email ? as everything is online
I am not sure myself as I am awaiting my decision. But from what members have reported, you get an email first followed by decision letter in the post. Some members have reported receiving BRP even before than the actual approval letter.

Have you heard anything yet?

How is it possible that someone intentionally not willing to help others. Everyone was so desperate to hear something from those who interviewed by HO at ILR stage. But it ends up in a strange way.

Don’t forget that this forum is public, a lot of people are not real and genuine and the moderators had really tried their best in the past to ensure decorum, however you can’t do without seeing such people still.

So don’t let us be too bothered about them rather focus on doing the right things especially helping people as much as we can. Moreso I’m sure we have also got one help or the other from others in the past.

This is my own attitude to such people. Fortunately we don’t know each other personally.

Its best if you start a new topic (I dont mind you posting here either). But its best for you, as you will have all your history in one thread.

But yes you can start your application and edit it and return to it later. I think you have to return to it within 6 weeks one time at least before it gets deleted otherwise.

Thanks Aman. Really appreciate all your help. True, I am approved with 120 hours and 150 hours but as I said my employees worked 30 hours/week but were paid for 4 weeks and 5 weeks (4 months).

Alhamdollilah all sorted!

Yes definitely I would love to help more members. This forum has given me a lot. I am just trying to give back a little! 🤗

Below is the list of documents I sent:

Please only send documents as per the guidance. I have learnt from experience that sending unnecessary documents only delay your application. Note these documents are as of when I applied. Read the new guidance for updated documents.

My initial Tier 1 Ent visa took 25 days, my extension took 16 months and an interview (I sent bunch of unnecessary documents then) and my ILR took 4 months (I sent only minimum documents).

Documents:
1) SET O online form and consent form
2) All Passports & BRP
3) Life in UK pass certificate
4) Employee RTI FPS
5) Employee Wage Slips
6) Employee UK/EEA passport copy
7) 1 month business bank statement (latest)
8 CT603 (latest) & CT600 (latest)
9) Companies House Report - CAR and company filling history
10) UK university Degree

I did send a few extra as below:

1) Employee hours weekly breakdown template
2) Accountant letter (1 page)
3) Cover letter (1 page)
4) PAYE letter (1 page)
5) VAT certificate (1 page)
6) Motor Trade insurance certificate (1 page)
7) DVLA registration certificate (1 page)
8 Employer Liability insurance certificate (1 page)
9) 3 months personal bank statements

1 & 3 was needed for my situation as I relied on transitional arrangements and also the exception rule as my extension was approved less than 12 months ago so I had to clarify that.

2 & 4 I just included like that but is not required.

5 to 8 I included for genuine entrepreneur test. It is relevant to my type of business. However it is not required.

9 not required either but I sent.

This is just a guideline. Make sure you read the current guidance for updated rules.

Hi Tier11417,

You don't have any dependants? As i can't see any cohabitation docs in your list.
