Quick Set O question PBS dependant

Hi I have been reading through this forum for years now.
Now I am applying for ILR under PBS Dependant. My understanding is that now with the rules changes I would qualify for 5 years from the date of visa issue.
But on the set o form it still asks for the date of entry to UK (may 2018 version). Which date should I use on this particular one "?

If the form asks for date of entry, then that is what you state. It is not asking for date of visa issue in the particular question!
