Employment Permit - Ireland- Critical Skilled

Hi,

I have over 5 years of work experience in SEO/Adwords (Digital Marketing). Will it come under the critically skilled category for Irish employment permit? As it involves handling the website, its meta tags, GA, and other technical stuff such as sitemaps, schema and etc..
