visa extension guidance needed

Hi, I am non eea national married to EEA national..

We got married in April 2013 (5+years now)
In Jan14 got my Residence visa for 5 years
My wife stopped working on 28-Jan17 (after Maternity)...stopped exercising treaty rights
On 3rd Feb17 she got PR of this country(4 days after leaving work)
Now in Jan 2019 I need to renew my visa.

Can you please suggest me which would be the best way of extending it. I have been in contact with many solicitors (some say you are eligible for PR as my marriage is 5+years now and my wife got PR just 4 days after she left job therefore she doesn't need to justify her treaty rights after PR some solicitor say as she has stopped working shebhas broken rules and therefore am not eligible for PR under Eu rules and regulation!)

I am so confused I don't know what should be my next step.
