I’m still on a denial stage and hopes that this is just a dream, and cutoff’s 46. I’m standing at 50 (I believe), but I haven’t heard anything from the HR yet.

I think I am a lil late - but for points calculation which salary figure should be consider - if I consider base salary+pension contribution+lunch allowance+insurance etc. etc... It's above 50k. If I consider only core component it's in the range of 45 -50k. Can you guys please help with my points?

Btw just confirmed my recruiter, he says they are still awaiting an update from HO.

It seems likely that the CoS will be granted till 40 points this month. Factors such as approval on first day of 60 points, as well as chances of fewer applications this month.

For people waiting at 30 points, don't be disheartened, if all goes well and shortage occupation list is exempted from the tier 2 visa cap by the end of june (as expected and hinted by the UK government), 30 points should sail through in July. Dont worry.

55 points. Most benefits don't count towards salary calculation for rCoS purposes.

55 points. Because if you had 60 ponits you would have been through already

ICT does not lead to ILR after 5 years.

I know that feeling when no one in your family or friend circle understands this shit we are going through. Hard luck for us, who have been trying since December. The faith and hope I had is slowing wearing down!

I know what you guys feel. I ve been trying since December and no luck, and honestly I do not like to talk to my family and friends about it because they just do not understand and keep asking "WHEN ARE YOU MOVING BACK TO UK", without knowing that the question just breaks my hopes and strength to keep waiting. The only thing that has been helping me after all these months is this forum and that is why I decided for now on to be active in it until the GREAT NEWS FOR ALL OF US. Anyway , everyone let s stay positive, we are almost there and all this waiting will make the effort.

See you in JULY!!!!!! hopefully with great news.

Yes, still here with 55. I think. My employer said my salary package was 59k, so I guess that is 55 points.

I hope we hear early tomorrow because I don't want to spend another weekend fretting...

There should be a POLL on doctors having points between 30-50 or 55 aspirants in July this will let us know bow much will be removed from the current refusals so that it makea it easy. Even 5% vote for it we can consider this as samlpe and guage the average.

There should be a provision for others too non doctors to vote so we know the difference

Some people get it soon some people get it later that's the difference.

Yes, I work for the same employer in my home country.
I am thinking better spend 5 happy years in the UK than spend these dreadful months waiting for an RCoS. Still doubtful, please help!
