ILR through civil partnership

Post by Leno07 » Sat Jun 09, 2018 6:27 am

I have been married for 5 years to a British spouse. My visa runs out in a month but im co fused on whether to apply for ILR or a third 2.5 visa. I didnt meet the salary requirement when i first applied in 2013 but got 2.5 years DL and was placed on the 10 route. However, on my second 2.5 half way mark i met all the requirements but the letter from the HO didn't make mention of my first applicafion and stated i will be eligible to apply for ILR after 5 years. I don't want to make a wrong application, so I need some advise on whether to go ahead with ILR application my last application met all the requirement and my current salary meets the 18,600 income requirement. As I'm worried my first application .might affect me.

Thank you
